Determination of methylmercury in FAPAS fish tissue by high performance liquid chromatography-atom fluorescence spectrometry

摘要 目的:建立高效液相色谱-原子荧光光谱法测定英国FAPAS鱼肉中甲基汞的方法。方法:样品用10%盐酸-1%硫脲-0.15%氯化钾提取、氨水调至pH=2-8的范围内,用MP-C18反相柱分离,原子荧光光度计测定。结果:甲基汞在5-40μg/L范围,其线性相关系数大于0.999;方法的相对标准偏差为0.8%,检出限为0.4μg/L;应用本方法测定国家标准物质鱼肉(GBW 10029)甲基汞的含量,测定值均在标准值范围内。结论:方法简单、准确,灵敏度高、重现性好。 Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatography -atom fluorescence spectrometry (HPLC - AFS) method for the determination of methylmercury in FAPAS fish tissue. Methods:Samples were extracted by 10% hydrochloric acid, 1% sulfocarbamide and 0. 15% potassium chloride. Then, ammonia was used to adjust the pH of the extracted solution within pH2 -8. Methylmercury was separateded on a MP - C18 column and detected by AFS. Results: The linear correlation coefficient were r 〉 0. 999 in the range of 2 -40 μg/L. The precision of the method (RSD) was 8.0%. The detection limit was 0. 4 μg/L. The result was within the range of the standard reference material of Fish tissue (GBW10029). Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid and sensitive with good accuracy.
