摘要
目的:建立人血清中痕量铬测定的新方法。方法:在血清样品中加入一定量的硝酸溶液使其酸度为0.5%,以硝酸镁为基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定血清中的铬含量。结果:本方法检出限为0.07μg/L,相对标准偏差为2.23%,本方法实测回收率为92%-105%。结论:该方法操作简单,测定迅速,无需复杂的样品前处理,精密度和准确度较好,值得广泛推广。
Objective: To establish a new method of detecting and studying the trace chromium in serum. Methods: Take 0.5% of nitric acid to nitrify the serum, and use magnesium nitrate as matrix modifiers to eliminate the interference, and with Graphite furnace atomic absorption to detect. Results: The detection limit of chromium was 0. 07 μg/L, the relative standard deviation was 2. 23%. The racovery rate was 92% - 105%. Conclusion:This method is simple and fast and with high sensitivity and nicety, dispensing with complicated anterior steps.
