摘要
目的:文章采用硫代乙酰胺替代硫化钠配制标准溶液用亚甲蓝法测定水中硫化物。方法:用硫代乙酰胺配制硫化物标准溶液,通过实验找出最佳分析条件,亚甲蓝法测定。结果:得出方法的线性范围0-0.20 mg/L,相关系数r=0.9996,RSD为2.42%-6.57%,回收率为93.5%-103%。结论:实验结果表明该方法基本上解决了原国标法测定中标准溶液难以配制,稳定性差等问题,使操作简便易行,确保水中硫化物测定结果的准确可靠。
Objective:Thioacetamide was used as standard instead of sodium sulfide in determination of sulfide by methylene blue spectrophotometric method. Methods:Thioaeetamide was uesd in preparing the standard solution series, optimized determination condition was obtained. Results : The coefficient of correlation is 0. 9996 at the range of 0 - 0. 20 mg/L, the precision is 2.42% -6. 57% and the recovery is 93.5% - 103%. Conclusion:This method is fast, accurate and reliable. It overcomes the disadvantage of the original GB method in which the sodium sulfide standard solution is unstable and hard to prepare.
