287株葡萄球菌中可诱导克林霉素耐药的检测分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解我院临床分离的耐红霉素葡萄球菌中克林霉素诱导耐药的发生率,帮助临床正确选用药物。方法:采用K-B纸片琼脂扩散法检测葡萄球菌对红霉素和克林霉素的耐药性,按照NCCLS推荐的D试验方法检测耐红霉素葡萄球菌的克林霉素诱导型耐药。结果:葡萄球菌可诱导克林霉素耐药发生率为75.5%。结论:我院葡萄球菌的可诱导克林霉素耐药发生率很高,D试验的检测,可避免常规药敏试验中克林霉素假性敏感,误导临床盲目用药,有必要在基层医院推广。 Objective:To understand the clinical isolates in our hospital erythromycin - resistant Staphylococcus induced clin- damycin resistance in the incidence of clinical. Methods: To detect the resistance of staphylococcus to erythromycin and clindamycin by K - Bager diffusion method and the clindamycin induced resistance by D - test recommended by NCCLS. Results:Staphylococcus can induce clindamycin resistance rate was 75.5 %. Conclusion:Staphylococcus clindamycin can induce the high incidence of drug - resistant, D - test - of detection, sensitivity test can be avoided in conventional pseudo - clindamycin - sensitive, misleading blind clinical medicine, there is a need at the grass -roots hospitals promotion.
