2006～2008年福建省沙门菌监测菌株血清型及药敏分析

An analysis of serotypes and antibiotic sensitivities of Salmonella strains in Fujian Province during 2006～2008

目的:了解福建省沙门菌病人菌株血清型分布及耐药性情况。方法:按我省制定的沙门菌监测方案,在我省5个地区设沙门菌监测点开展工作。结果:共检出176株沙门菌,均为肠道沙门菌肠道亚种,分属6个群(7个亚群)26个血清型,其中A^F群占96.15%。176株沙门菌中,B群血清型最多(34.62%)。鼠伤寒菌是我省检出最多的血清型,其次是肠炎、伤寒、甲型副伤寒和猪霍乱沙门菌。印第安纳、布伦登卢普和格雷斯出浦为我省首次检出的血清型,2株E1群菌为单相变种。沙门菌多数菌株对磺胺、萘啶酸、甲氧苄啶、复方新诺明、链霉菌、四环素、氨苄西林耐药,鼠伤寒菌仍是我省严重耐药的血清型。结论:做好沙门菌监测工作,对我省防治沙门菌有重要的理论和现实意义。

Objective：To understand the serotype distribution and antibiotic resistance of Salmonella enterica strains from clinical patients in Fujian Province China. Methods：According to the protocol of Salmonella surveillance, we carried out the work in the selected five monitoring sites. Results：A total of 176 Salmonella strains were detected, which were all subspecies enterica of Salmonella enterica. They were belonged to six serogroups （ seven subgroups） and twenty - six serotypes, in which, the A - F serogroups accounted for 96. 15% , and the B serogroup were dominant （ 34. 62% ）. S. Typhimurium were the most common serotypes detected in Fujian Province, followed by S. Enteritidis, S. Typhi, S. Paratyphi and S. Choleraesuis. It was the first time that S. Indiana, S. Braenderup and S. Glostrup were detected in Fujian Province. Two strains of E1 serogroup were monophase variety. Most strains of Salmonella were resistant to Sulfonamides, Nalidixic acid, Trimethoprim, Trimethoprim/ Sulfamethoxazole, Streptomycin, Tetracycline Ampicillin, S. Typhimurium is still the severely drug resistant serotype in our province. Conclusion： There are important theoretical and practical significance for prevention and treatment of Salmonella to carry out the monitoring work of Salmonella in Fujian Province.
