目的:调查分析筷子套中荧光物质和铅含量超标情况。方法:按GB/T5009.78-2003《食品包装用原纸卫生标准的分析方法》进行检测。结果:筷子套荧光物质超标比例竟高达84.6%,铅含量不合格率为3.8%。结论:筷子套中荧光物质和铅含量超标情况应当引起广大消费者的高度重视。

Objective：To investigate and analyze the beyond - standard situation of the fluorescence matter and lead content in the chopsticks cover. Methods：To detective according to GB/TS009.78 -2003 ＂The analyzing ways for packing food using plain paper hygiene standard＂. Results：The beyond proportion of fluorescence matter in the chopsticks cover is high to 84. 6%, and the unqualified percentage of lead is 3. 8%. Conclusion：The consumers should pay close attention to the beyond situation of fluorescence matter and the lead content in the chopsticks cover.
