Effects of pioglitazone on high glucose-induced vascular endothelial cell apoptosis and the involved mechanisms
摘要
吡格列酮可抑制高糖诱导的血管内皮细胞凋亡,其机制可能与抑制高糖诱导的酸性鞘磷酯酶活性升高,减少细胞内神经酰胺产生相关。
[Summary] Pioglitazone (Pio) attenuated high glucose-induced apoptosis in HUVECs in a concentration-dependent manner probably through its inhibition on intracellular acidic sphingomyelinase (A-Smase) and ceramide(CER).
