产前诊断Galen静脉瘤一例 被引量：4

摘要 孕妇31岁，孕2产0，妊娠31^＋6周时外院超声检查发现胎儿颅内异常无回声病灶，转诊至我院。常规产前超声检查显示：单活胎，臀先露，估计体重（2126±315）g，羊水指数为25cm，胎盘附着于子宫前壁。脐动脉S／D值：4．2。胎儿头皮水肿，颈部皮肤厚约3．5mm。胎儿颅内-6．2cm×2．4cm的无回声病灶，位于大脑幕上中线区、大脑前动脉之间，并与右侧后颅窝相通。彩色多普勒显示无回声病灶内为湍流血流信号（图1），
