摘要
采用旋转填料床与导流板式塔组合反应器研究了对氨基苯甲醛重氮盐的水解反应,考察了水解温度、转子转速、停留时间等参数对主产物对羟基苯甲醛收率的影响。与传统釜式水解法相比,本法将反应时间由2~3.5h缩短为3~5min,主产物收率由55%提高至82%,显著提高了生产效率,强化了生产过程。
A new type reactor, combined by rotating packed bed and guide tray tower, was used to hydrolysis reaction of diazonium salt of p-aminobenzaldehyde. The effects of the operating parameters, such as hydrolysis reaction temperature, rotational speed and flow rate etc on the yield of p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (PHB) were discussed. Compared with traditional kettle-type reactor, by using new reactor, the reaction time can be shortened from 2.0 - 3.5h to 3 - 5min and the yield of PHB improved from 55% to 82% . Production efficiency has been increased significantly and process strengthened greatly.
