The Way to Improve the Formation of Cigarette Tipping Base Paper

通过对实际生产中浆料配比、打浆工艺、助剂选择及成形设备选型等几方面进行合理控制,改进和提高了烟用接装原纸的匀度。

The formation improvement of cigarette tipping base paper will upgrade its appearance and print quality. In the production the formation of the tipping base paper will be improved by applying the appropriate production processes, controlling the beating process, adding suitable amount of guar gum for fiber dispersion, and using crystal selected spindle CaCO3 as a filler. On the other hand, headbox L/B ratio, consistency of the furnish entering the wire part, ratio of the speeds of the pulp and the wire, vibration amplitude of the wire frame and the mesh of the dandy roll can affect the fibers distribution evenly on the paper.
