摘要 采用丙酮为抽提溶剂,以索式抽提法抽提纸浆中的树脂,通过正交实验,确定最佳条件,以优化的抽提时间和温度来测定纸浆中树脂含量。抽提的最佳条件为:温度(70±2)℃,时间3 h。丙酮抽提法操作简便,测量准确,测量重现性好。 In this article, the resin in the pulp was extracted with acetone by soxhlet extraction method, and the optimal extraction conditions were determined through the orthogonal design experiment which is as follows: the water bath temperature is maintained at (70 ± 2)℃, extracting for 3 h, after evaporation of the solvent, the residue is dried at (103 ±2)℃ for 2 h. The resin content in the pulp is obtained by comparing the acetone extractive and the overdried pulp sample. This method is simple and accurate.
