摘要
目的:探讨6周递增负荷运动对大鼠Th1/Th2平衡(通过IFN-γ/IL-4比值)的变化和对骨骼肌损伤(通过IL-6)的影响。方法:SPF级雄性SD大鼠120只,随机分成绝对安静组(Absolute control,AC)组、对照组(Control,C)、运动后即刻组(Immediate,I)、运动后3h组(3Hours,3H),进行6周递增负荷跑台运动,分别在第0、2、4、6周检测其血清中IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-6的含量,用IFN-γ/IL-4比值代表Th1/Th2的平衡,用IL-6代表运动过程中的骨骼肌的微损伤情况。结果:6周递增负荷运动过程中,IFN-γ/IL-4比值在第0周没有显著性变化。第2周I组和3H组出现了非常显著性下降(P<0.01),第4周I组和3H组有了升高,但与AC组相比没有显著性变化,第6周I组和3H组、AC组相比没有显著性变化;IL-6在整个实验过程中没有出现显著性增高的过程,在第2、4周甚至出现了下降的趋势。结论:6周递增负荷运动末,Th1/Th2平衡没有被破坏,IL-6也没有显著性提高,表明此运动模式没有造成机体Th1/Th2平衡的破坏和骨骼肌损伤,这和其他研究者的结论不一致。
The purpose of this study was to explore the change of serum concentration of IFN- 7, IL-4 and IL-6, the homeostasis of Th1/Th2 (by IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio) and the muscle damage (by IL-6). Six-week's incremental exercise was carried out on 120 SPF class healthy male SD mice. They were divided into 15 groups randomly. IFN-γ, IL-4 and IL-6 concentrations were measured at the end of 0,2nd , 4th and 6th week, we assess the Th1/Th2 balance by IFN-γ/ IL-4, the muscle damage by IL-6. During six-week incremental exercise, IFN-γ/IL-4 ratio of Ⅰ group and 3H group decreased significantly at 2nd week, but significantly difference among AC,Ⅰ and 3H at 4th and 6th week. IL-6 concentration had no significantly difference during the experiment, even decreased at 2nd week and 4th week. It concludes that this exercise model has no harmful effect on the Th1/Th2 homeostasis and no damage on muscle. This conclusion did not agree with other studies.
