摘要
作为联合性社团,体育总会在地方体育事业的发展中将发挥越来越重要的作用。一些地方体育总会改革取得许多宝贵的成功经验,并在社团组织建设、基础建设中探索出一条创新发展之路。运用问卷、访谈、个案等研究方法,对我国地方体育总会改革情况进行调查,旨在发现问题,提出未来的发展思路。
As a kind of integrative social association, sports federations will be playing a more and more important role in the development of local sports cause. Some local sports federations have gained a lot of valuable experiences in the course of reformation, and explored a new road in the development and construction of organizations. By means of questionnaire,interviews and case study, the authors have investigated the reform situation of some local sports federations in China in order to find out possible problems and provide references for their future development.
