This paper analyzes the process of media＇s political dialogue when every country struggles for the dominance on the medal list of Beijing Olympics, discloses the motivation factors of politics, economy, culture and international relations that hide behind. The authors seem to have a more profound understanding with regard to the action process of every country＇s struggle for Olympic speaking right and the national identity. This study enables the establishment of the ＂soft power＂ by means of elite sports full of theoretical meanings and practical foreground.
