目前,学校体育设施对外开放已经成为一种趋势。为客观分析学校体育设施对外开放水平,在构建学校体育设施对外开放水平综合评价体系的基础上,通过问卷调查、专家打分等方法,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定各评价指标的权重;运用多因子加权平均求和,得到学校体育设施对外开放水平综合评价值;再依据四级分类,构建学校体育设施对外开放水平的评价模型。该模型为相关部门正确判断学校体育设施对外开放条件优劣提供科学依据,对有序推进学校体育设施对外开放提供决策支持。

In order to objectively analyze the level of opening to the outside world of sports facilities in schools and colleges, the paper firstly constructs evaluation index system of opening to the outside world of sports facilities, then calculates the weight of each evaluation index through the method of questionnaire survey, expert scoring and Analytical Hierarchy Process （AHP）,and concludes the evaluation value of the level of opening to the outside world of sports facilities through the weighted-average sum of multi-factors , at last, constructs the evaluation model of opening to the outside world of sports facilities through the four - category classification. The model provides a scientific foundation for relevant departments to exactly judge the condition of opening to the outside world of sports facilities and offers decisive support in pushing into the sports facilities opening to the outside world of the school.
