中国流通产业发展的金融支持作用机理研究

Mechanism Study of Financial Support for the Development of Circulation Industry in China

本文认为,重视金融支持在流通产业发展中的重要作用,必须把金融放在对流通产业的基础性地位上加以规划和发展,加大金融对流通产业的支持力度是促进流通产业发展的关键因素。推动流通产业发展并不局限于对流通产业本身的物质投入和消费等因素,还应包含金融支持与流通创新等因素,金融对流通产业发展的支持作用更多地体现在筹资融资、资源配置和调节机制方面。发展现代流通业需要金融提供强大支持,通过发挥金融要素的融资与扩散效应,同时制定流通产业政策以引导更多的流通生产要素投入到流通产业中去。

We should plan and develop the financial industry by taking it as the fundamental of the circulation industry if we want to pay more attention to the important role of financial support in the development of circulation industry. And giving more financial support for the circulation industry is important for the promotion of the development of the circulation industry. And this should not be limited to material investment and consumption, the financial support and circulation innovation should also be involved. The financial support for the development of circulation industry can be demonstrated in terms of financing, resources distribution and the mechanism of adjustment. The development of modem circulation industry needs the strong support of finance. We can attract more factors of production in circulation to be invested to the circulation industry by giving full play to the role of financing and diffusion effect of financial factors and adopting related policies.
