摘要
本文认为,由于核心企业与制造外包供应商之间的协同缺失所导致的许多外包风险,严重影响了供应链企业的运营效率和1+1>2协同效应的实现。为了避免和控制这些风险,核心企业与外包供应商之间必须建立协同生产管理的机制,其特点是制造过程高度集成与同步化、制造节点之间的配合协同、生产过程的系统协作性以及动态并行性。基于此,结合企业调研和自身实践,本文提出了协同生产管理的基本模式,该模式由横向系统层和纵向协同层组成的闭环体系、供应商作业管理、生产信息共享系统以及协同生产绩效评估等五个子系统组成,并对这五个子系统的内在运行和外部关联模式进行了阐述和分析。最后,强调了我国制造型企业要持续强化协同运作能力来快速响应客户企业需求的重要价值。
This paper maintains that outsourcing risks seriously impact the operations efficiency of companies and realization of collaboration effect due to lack of collaboration across the supply chain. In order to avoid and control the risks, the core company and outsourcing suppliers should build up mechanism of collaborated production management, with four features of high integration and synchronization of manufacturing, collaboration of manufacturing nodes, systematic combination of production process and dynamic parallel. The article puts forward collaborated production mode consisting of five sub-systems and analyzes the internal operations and external relevance of these five sub-systems. Eventually, the author emphasizes the great value for quick response to customer demand through continuously enhancing collaboration capability for domestic companies.
