现代物流与三峡区域经济增长关联效应研究——以宜昌市为例

现代物流业是以现代运输业为重点,以信息技术为支撑,以现代制造业和商业为基础,集系统化、信息化、仓储现代化为一体的综合性产业。三峡区域作为连接我国东西部地区经济的重要纽带,其物流发展水平关系到西部大开发与中部崛起战略的实施。而宜昌作为三峡区域的核心城市之一,把宜昌建成现代物流枢纽,畅通宜昌疏运之门,对于充分发挥长江水道的作用,辐射并带动中西部地区社会经济发展具有非常重要的意义:可有效解决三峡区域产业空心化问题;实现翻坝转运扩能,推动长江物流提速;协调区域经济发展,为长江经济带腾飞提供重要支撑。为实现城市物流供需平衡,使经济增长与物流业发展进入良性互动状态,宜昌市必须充分发挥政府的主导作用,科学编制物流发展规划;建立长效翻坝转运机制,推进三峡物流中心建设;抓住机遇,完善物流基础设施建设;通过市场运作,培育壮大市场主体;强化政策保障,优化物流发展环境。

The modern logistics industry is a comprehensive industry taking modern transportation industry as the focus, IT as the support, modern manufacturing and commerce as the basis. And it is the integration of systemization, informationization and storage modernization. The logistics development of three gorges region is related to the implementation of Western Development and Central Rise for its location. As one of the central cities of the three gorges region, Yichang will play its role as the logistic hub. And this will be of great significance for the economic and social development in the central and western regions. To promote the balance between urban logistic supply and demand, and the sound interaction between economic growth and the logistics industry, the Yichang municipal government should adopt such countermeasures as playing its leading role, scientifically planning for the development of logistics, promoting the building of logistics center in the three gorges region, improving the logistic infrastructure, cultivating more market main players, giving more policy support and optimizing the environment for the development of logistics.
