摘要
2005年以来,北京大学医学部对医学类研究生尝试探索新的管理模式,针对临床教学医院研究生的特点,实行纵向班管理。本文介绍了北京大学第三医院在纵向班管理实践中创立的“班级集体科研立项课题”研究生管理和人才培养模式的实践与取得的经验。该管理模式赋予班级集体较高层次的思想主题,在增强班级凝聚力、发挥班级研究生学业及技术专长、提高学生参与社会的实践能力上都具有明显的优势与特色,在临床教学医院研究生的培养上是一种值得推广的组织形式。选题立项、指导教师团队、活动经费与行政支持等是该组织管理模式成功的关键。
Since 2005 Peking university health Science Center has explored and practiced a new " vertical class administration" and personnel training method, by which the whole class students together carried out a co - research project . In this article we introduced our experiences of this new administration method. It provided the students a much valuable aim with a team spirit, which has special feature and great benefits in fulfilling themselves as postgraduate students and showing their social value. It also provided the students a social practice opportunity. The new method is worthy to be applied and popularized in a larger scale . And, project chosen,consultants'research background, financial and administration supports are all the key points for the new model.
