摘要 Hostalen乙烯淤浆聚合工艺粘壁是一个普遍存在的问题,是多种因素相互作用造成的。从高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)产物和粘壁物的结构出发,结合聚合过程分析,对中国石油辽阳石化分公司Hostalen乙烯淤浆聚合工艺粘壁问题进行探讨。用傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振碳谱、高温凝胶渗透色谱、示差扫描量热等技术对THB催化剂、HDPE产物和粘壁物进行分析,找出HDPE产物和粘壁物在结构及性能上的差异,进而找出造成粘壁的原因,并提出合理的治理建议。 The formation of viscous-wall-polymer on reactor wall was a common problem in ethylene slurry polymerization for Hostalen high density polyethylene (HDPE) process, caused by interaction of various factors. Structural analysis of the viscous-wall-polymer and HDPE product from CNPC Liaoyang Petrochemical Company, together with its polymerization process were investigated. Through characterization of THB catalyst, HDPE product and viscous-wall-polymer by means of FTIR, 13C NMR, HT-GPC and DSC, some differences in structure and properties of both HDPE product and viscous-wall-polymer were verified which provided clues to find reasons of viscous-wall-polymer formation. Some practical suggestions were brought forward to solve the viscous-wall-polymer problem.
