Discussion on the design and development of expert system for steam coal blending

基于配煤目标约束条件和配煤目标函数的确定,建立了动力配煤数学关系模型。动力配煤专家系统通过对该模型的求解,实现其核心配煤计算功能。同时阐述了该系统中优选原料煤组合方案专家子系统、实用配煤比方案专家子系统等内容。

Based on the determination of the constraint conditions and objective function of steam coal blending, the mathematic model for steam coal blending was established. By way of the solution of the model, the primary calculation functions for steam coal blending were achieved. Moreover, the subsystem of optimal compounding scheme of feed coal and the subsystem of feasible coal blending ratio scheme were introduced in this paper.
