摘要
针对国内气化水煤浆浓度偏低带来的气化效率低、能耗(煤耗、氧耗)偏高、生产成本增加等系列问题,结合传统制浆工艺和制浆原料性质,自主研发的低阶煤制备高质量水煤浆专利工艺技术可提高3%~5%的煤浆浓度。经实践生产证明,该工艺技术不但技术上可行,而且效益可观。
According to series of problems such as the low gasification efficiency, higher energy (coal, oxygen) consumption and high production cost caused by the low-concentration gasifying CWM (coal water mixture) in China, a new technology of high quality coal water mixture from low rank coal which could enhance 3% - 5% of coal slurry concentration was independently developed based on the research on the traditional pulping process and raw materials properties. The practice and production show that the technology has not only technical feasibility but also good benefit effect.
