上海市《钢结构检测与鉴定技术规程》编制简介

BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO COMPILATION OF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FOR INSPECTION AND APPRAISAL OF STEEL STRUCTURES OF SHANGHAI

近年来,钢结构工程的破坏或倒塌事故,造成了重大伤亡和损失,因而,对既有钢结构进行定期的或(和)灾害后的检测及安全性评定是非常必要且紧迫的,尽快制订相应的国家或地方性检测与鉴定规范,是防止钢结构破坏或倒塌、减轻生命财产损失、保障社会安定的重要措施,符合我国防灾减灾的战略决策。根据上海市地方标准编制与修订计划,2005年同济大学会同有关单位组成编写组,参考国内外已有理论技术成果,进行了若干相关研究,完成了上海市DG/TJ08-2011-2007J10973-2007《钢结构检测与鉴定技术规程》的编制,为上海地区钢结构检测、鉴定提供了统一的技术标准,也为国内其他地区提供了可以借鉴的技术标准。对规程的编制背景、主要内容、应用范围进行简要介绍。

The collapse of steel structures has resulted in heavy casualties and economic losses in recent years. Therefore, the routine and/or post disaster inspection and appraisal of the safety of the existing steel structures are necessary and urgent. It is necessary to compile a national or regional specification about inspection and appraisal of the existing steel structures. It is the important measures for reducing structure collapse, protecting life and wealth and ensuring social stability. It is in accord with the national policies of preventing and reducing disasters. According to the compiling scheme of Shanghai regional standards, a compiling group was organized in 2005 by Tongji University and other relative companies. Based on existing theories and techniques and conducting several relative researehes,DG/TJ08-2011- 2007 J10973- 2007 Technical Specification for Inspection and Appraisal of Steel Structures ,a regional standard used in Shanghai,is finished and issued. It provides a technical criterion for inspection and appraisal of the existing steel structures in Shanghai. It is also a valuable reference for other regions. The background, main content and application scope of the specification are introduced in this paper briefly.
