摘要
本文介绍用全息双频光栅沿透镜光轴平移,由剪切干涉图上等光程干涉点位置来测量透镜的球差、色差等象差的方法。实验结果和透镜设计数据二者符合得比较好。该方法具有直观和方便的优点。
A method for measuring the spherical, chromatic and other abberations of a lens bytranslating the holographic double frequncy grating along the lens axis and according to thepositions of equal optical path interferring points in the shearing interferogram is pre-sented in this paper. The experimental results are well coincident with the theoretical dataof lens design. This method has advantages of direct-viewing and convenience.
