摘要
以304名教师为被试,考察了工作价值观、成就动机对教师职业倦怠的影响。结果表明:(1)职业倦怠的四个维度中,情绪衰竭与成就动机存在显著负相关,非人性化和认知枯竭与成就动机、工作价值观均存在显著负相关,个人成就感与成就动机、工作价值观均存在显著正相关。(2)从成就动机、工作价值观对职业倦怠的回归分析来看,成就动机可以负向预测情绪衰竭;成就动机和工作价值观可以负向预测非人性化、认知枯竭,正向预测个人成就感。
The present paper is administered to 304 teachers to examine the influences of teachers' work values and achievement motivation on their job burnout. The results showed that: ( 1 ) in four dimensions of job burnout, there was a significantly negative correlation between emotional exhaustion and achievement motivation. Depersonalization and intelli- gence burnout and a significantly negative correlation with teachers' achievement motivation and work values, personal accomplishment with achievement motivation and work values all presented significantly positive correlations. (2)Accord- ing to the regression analysis outcomes of achievement motivation and work values on job burnout, achievement motivation could be a negative predictor to teachers' emotional exhaustion; Achievement motivation and work values could negatively predict their depersonalization and intelligence burnout, and positively predicted their personal accomplishment.
