山东高校创新人才培养的现状与对策

The Status Quo in the Training of Personals of an Innovative Type by Universities of Shandong Province and the Countermeasures to Be Adopted

山东高校创新人才培养存在着许多不足,严重制约着我省的经济建设。因此,要采取有效措施促进创新型人才培养。主要措施有:(一)调整优化人才培养结构,(2)加强学校师资队伍建设。

In training personals of an innovative type by universities of Shandong Province, there are still a lot of short- comings, and this seriously handicapped the economic construction of Shandong Province. Therefore, effective methods must be adopted in order to promote the training of personals of a innovative type, including mainly 1. to readjust and optimize the training organizations; and 2. to strengthen the construction of the staff members in teaching.
