尿素合成塔底封头内衬的维修改造

本文主要介绍某化肥厂尿素合成塔因长期满负荷生产使用，其底封头内衬已经减薄至影响安全使用程度，为此对底封头进行维修改造，维修中对底封头新增加了一个捡漏系统，以满足尿素生产使用安全可靠要求。

A urea synthesizing tower has been used for a long time under full load in a chemical fertilizer plant.The tower reduction rate of the bottom lining affected the safe use. Some measures were applied to protect and maintain the lining and a leak detection system was applied on the bottom to meet the safety and reliability requirements of production.
