基于Pro/E的注塑模电极管理模块设计

摘要 利用VC++ 6.0中的MFC和Access数据库技术对注塑模电极管理模块进行开发,以实现Pro/E环境下集成的注塑模电极管理系统,从而为设计人员和企业管理者提供一种较好的估算电极制造成本和降低开支的方法,也为模具企业推进PDM技术和ERP管理奠定了初步基础。本文主要介绍了注塑模具基本信息、电极坯料成本估算、电极加工方法及成本等管理功能的设计。 The module design of electrode management for injection mould is developed using MFC of VC++6.0 and Access Database Technology in order to achieve integrated electrode management system for injection mould based on Pro/E .A better method that can be used to estimate electrode manufacturing costs and reduce the expenditure is provided for the designers and managers of enterprises and a preliminary basis is given for Die & Mould enterprises' promoting PDM and ERP. The designs of functions for the electrode management module, such as basic information of injection mould,electrode materials cost estimation, electrode manufacturing methods and cost, are introduced in this paper.
