copper contact is an important component used for vacuum interrupter product on the control device of rural power grid for transformation. Its quality of manufacturing and processing directly affects service performance, life and production cost of the product. Based on the production practice, this paper shows production and manufacturing process for typical parts such as copper contact, through which thoughts and methods are used as references to be used for design of manufacturing and processing technology for similar parts, improving product quality and saving manufacturing cost.
