Research Progress on the Impairments of Target Organ in Yinxu Yangkang Syndrome of Essential Hypertension

阴虚阳亢证是高血压病常见证型之一,就阴虚阳亢证心、脑、肾、血管等靶器官损害特点做一综述。阴虚阳亢证靶器官损害的相关研究很多,但结论却不相同,甚至矛盾。因此,有必要量化病例纳入标准,亚分层、多中心联合大样本研究。若能发现中医证型靶器官损害的规律,对于高血压病的提前干预及预后转归具有重大指导意义。

Yinxu yangkang syndrome is one of the common syndromes of essential hypertension（EH）. The article reviews the character of impairments of target organ（heart,brain,kidney,vessel,etc） in Yinxu Yangkang Syndrome of Essential Hypertension.There are many research on the impairments of target organ in Yinxu Yangkang Syndrome of Essential Hypertension.But the conclusion is different, even contradictory. So it s necessary to quantize the case and make sub-layer and multicentre and large samples reasearch.It has guiding signifiance on the prevention of impairments of target organ to find some character regularity of impairments of target organ in Yinxu Yangkang Syndrome of Essential Hypertension.
