中药配合治疗胆囊息肉手术临床观察

Coordinate Cure Gallbladder Polypus Operation with Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:探讨胆囊息肉病人行胆囊切除手术后应用中药,对其术后症状的缓解作用。方法:选取137例胆囊息肉行胆囊切除手术的病人,抽签法随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组70例,患者术前口服中药制剂I号,术后口服中药制剂Ⅱ号1周。对照组67例患者术前、术后采用常规治疗,观察记录两组患者术后体温、白细胞计数、肛门排气时间、恢复正常进食的时间。结果:治疗组患者术后体温、肛门排气时间、恢复正常进食的时间较对照组显著提前(P<0.05)。结论:术前、术后口服中药制剂可有效促进胆囊息肉病人行胆囊切除术后机体功能的恢复。
