综合治疗与加电针治疗颈性眩晕的观察

Observation on Integrated Intervention and Electro Acupuncture for Cervical Vertigo

观察电针与综合治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法:将颈性眩晕患者64例随机分为两组,对照组予颈椎牵引,中药局部熏蒸及复方丹参针静滴等治疗,观察组在以上治疗基础上加电针治疗,记录其头晕和颈局部酸麻胀痛的情况。结果:两组在痊愈率上有明显差异,而在疗程上没有明显差异。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of electro acupuncture and integrated intervention for cervical vertigo. Methods： 64 cases with cervical vertigo were divided into two groups at random. Control group were given integrated intervention, including neck traction, TCM suffocation and Danshen injection. Treatment group got more treatment, integrated intervention plus electro acupuncture, than control group. The changes ofsymptom, such as dizziness, soreness, numbness, distensible pain on neck were recorded. Results： To these two groups, there was significant difference on the recovery rate, but no significant difference on therapy program.
