本文介绍了基于薄膜双向拉伸机中使用伺服控制器进行控制,实现系统拉伸的精确控制及其拉伸位置精确监控,拉伸过程力矩曲线的记录,系统设计简单,应用性强。
This article describes how servo controller is used to realize accurate control over system stretching and accurate monitoring over its stretching location and recording of torque curves during stretching process in Film Bidirectional Stretching Machine. It features simple design and wide applications.
