Physiology is a very important subject for undergraduates in the basic preclinical medical education. In preparing the lessons of physiology, how to highlight the characteristics of physiology, improve the interest and activity of undergraduates, and combine the teaching and cultivation of comprehensive ability and quality of undergraduates are the key problems. In this paper, the author discussed those basic questions in preparing the lessons of physiology.
