摘要
PBL是指医学生通过解决临床病人疾病问题来学习临床课程的一种现代的教学方法。其特征为:以兴趣问题为驱动、以小组合作为单位和以老师为引导的学习方法。医学实践教学是医学教育的关键,怎样使PBL教学方法在神经内科临床实习过程中得到合理实施和应用,就此做了一些尝试。
Problem-based-learning (PBL) is a modern method of teaching by which medical students collaboratively solve problems of the clinical patients and study the clinical course. Characteristics of PBL are as follows:Learning is driven by challenging, open-ended problems;Students work in small collaborative groups and teachers take on the role as "facilitator" of learning. Medical practice teaching in medical education is one of the key parts. How can the teachers make use of the fashionable PBL on clinical practice in neurology to enhance the level of medical education in China? The paper had done some new attempts for this.
