The sludge-water separation facility and its application technology are designed with the use of upper-lower total section quadrate-shaped tank where water treatment processes such as sedimentation,clarification and sludge thickening are combined together, which has the advantages of both circular-shaped tank and rectangle-shaped tank with shortcomings of these two types of tanks avoided. The modularized assembled quadrate-shaped tank and sludge scraper has filled the blank in this filed. Joint construction of adjacent structure and individual tank with same diameter may bring increase of areas resulting in space saving and low construction cost. Moreover, the technology also features reduced operation cost, improved treatment capacity and sludge-water separation efficiency and excellent working condition etc. The system with this technology applied is a kind of environmental protection equipment featuring land-saving, energy-saving, low cost, high performance and innovative technology, which can greatly improve the technical level and competitiveness of the whole environmental protection equipments in China.
