摘要
膨化浸出法制油工艺中,逆流冷却干燥机运行的效果直接影响入浸物料的温度、水分,而冷却系统的工艺计算是指导生产的依据。本文结合实例介绍了冷却干燥、换热、集尘等工艺过程计算,为系统设备选型提供根据。
In expanding-extraction process, the running of counter-flow cooling dryer directly affects the temperature and water content of goods to extraction, so the system process calculation of counter-flow cooling dryer is the foundation of guiding production. This paper introduced the calculation of cooling, drying, heat-exchange and dust-collecting by an example that provide the basis for equipment choice.
