摘要 介绍了基于PLC和组态软件的液位和温度监控系统的总体方案、硬件系统和软件系统。该监控系统采用PLC为控制中心,触摸屏和工控机为人机界面,通过组态软件的二次开发,对液位和温度进行实时监控和集中管理。运行试验表明,该系统实现了液位和温度的参数设置、实时动画显示、趋势曲线、数据库查询和报表输出打印等功能。 The design scheme, hardware and software system of liquid level and temperature were designed based on programmable logic controller (PLC)and configuration software. The monitoring and controlling system developed on configuration software could real-time monitor and eoncentrate manage liquid level and temperature through the communication between industrial personal computer(IPC), PLC and touch screen. The experiments showed that the software functions include parameters inputting, real-time data recording & displaying, dynamic & historical data curve, database query and report forms printout.
