摘要
根据热泵干燥工作原理及控制要求,研制了脱水蔬菜热泵干燥计算机调控装置。通过控制热泵系统启停及辅助加热器开度,可调控热泵干燥过程中介质的温度,满足生产工艺要求;通过监控蒸发器表面温度,调节湿空气的流量,可快速调节热泵系统工作状态,有效降低空气相对湿度,提高干燥效率。运行结果表明,干燥过程中介质湿度可调控在20~60%之间,温度可在30~60℃范围内精确控制,能够很好地满足热泵干燥过程的控制要求。
The controller for heat pump drying was designed based on its principles and controlling requirements. By controlling the on/off of heat pump and assistant heater, the air temperature could be controlled and process requirements was satisfied. By controlling the evaporator's surface temperature adjusting the wet air flow, the heat pump operating status could be adjusted quickly; the air humidity could be lowered, and drying efficiency could be increased. Operating results showed that the air humidity was controlled between 20-60% and its temperature was accurately controlled between 30-60℃. The control system could meet the control requirements during the drying process.
