摘要
数控DDA直线插补多轴联动控制运用于枕式包装机;引入一虚拟轴,将各独立电机驱动轴及其联动插补子程序的设计模块化,简化了机械结构,在低成本的单片机系统上实现了高端的控制;结合枕式包装机的特点实现了被包装物位置与色标位置的自动对准;以袋长偏差和起点对准偏差综合判别色标位置偏差,使得袋长和位置的控制更为准确;而通过修正袋长值实现的色标补偿,使端封切袋时始终与袋速同步,对确保端封质量有很大帮助。
The muhi-axis motion integration control by the CNC DDA linear interpolation brought in pillow packaging machine. Lead to a virtual shaft, each independent motor drivers and its interpolation subprogram is designed modularization. The mechanical structure is simplified. It achieved the control of high level on the low cost MCU system. It achieved self aligment of the product position and color mark position. With the bag length deviation and the start deviation comprehensive discretion color mark position deviation, make the control of bag length and position is more accurate. And implementation of the color mark compensate is to correct bag length, endseal speed in cutting bag always with bag speed soon synchronously, to ensure the endseal quality.
