洞坪水电站左岸搅拌楼骨料仓远距离进料自动控制

摘要 洞坪水电站的供料源距离搅拌楼较远,由于其骨料仓的容积小,摊铺在输送胶带机上的料子的体积可能大于骨料仓的容积,也使得运输能力大大降低,常规的控制方法(高料位控制)已不适应进料控制,必须采取时序控制法来解决这个矛盾。采取时序控制,即设计一套可行的控制装置,对远程、多料仓的进料全过程进行自动控制,从而减轻操作人员的劳动强度,减少误操作,降低能源浪费,提高输送效率。 The concrete batching system on the left-bank of Dongping Hydropower Station is located on a narrow fiat ground; from which the distance is longer to the material supply source, and then the material feeding is difficult to be eontrolled by the conventional method (high material level control) ; therefore, the timing control is adopted to solve the problem. The whole process of the long-distance and multi-storage feeding is automatically controlled with a set of feasible control devices. It not only reduces the labor intensity and decreases mis-operation and energy waste, but also enhances the efficiency of the material transportation.
