摘要
Ndfip1(也称N4WBP5)蛋白是近年发现的一种进化保守蛋白质,可与Nedd4蛋白结合,促进泛素化蛋白降解,该蛋白质与脑外伤后神经细胞的存活以及细胞的功能密切相关。现已知其在高尔基复合体上定位表达,参与高尔基体结构的组成,可能在膜内许多信号传导中发挥一定的功能。本文阐述Ndfip1的基本结构及其在抑制神经细胞凋亡方面的最新研究进展。
Ndfip1 (N4WBP5) has recently been identified as a conservative protein which can bind Nedd4 and promote the ubiquitination and degradation of some proteins. Ndfip1 can protect neuron from apoptosis and is associated with functions of T cells. Many data have shown that the localization of Ndfip1 is complicated including Golgi complex, exosome, endoplasmic reticulum, et al., which has unknown functions. This paper is a review of the research advance on Ndfip1 structure and function.
