摘要 肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)是肿瘤坏死因子超家族成员。TRAIL可与死亡受体DR4、DR5结合,通过触发胱天蛋白酶通路诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。诱骗受体可与死亡受体竞争结合TRAIL,从而抑制TRAIL的凋亡活性。NF-κB和Bcl-2家族可作为TRAIL敏感性调节的重要靶点。 TNF related apoptosis inducing ligand (TRAIL) is one member of TNF superfamily. TRAIL triggers tumors cell apoptosis via "caspase" pathway, by binding to death receptors DR4 and DR5. DcR1 and DcR2 also bind to TRAIL to compete with DR4 or DR5 and inhibit apoptosis induced by TRAIL. NF-κB and Bcl-2 family can be targeted to regulate the sensitivity of TRAIL.
