细胞凋亡的过程涉及一系列凋亡相关分子的调控。这些凋亡相关分子在机体中的异常调节将导致包括肿瘤和免疫性疾病在内的多种疾病的发生。针对凋亡相关分子的治疗策略在肿瘤治疗中具有重要意义。本文以细胞凋亡相关分子及其在肿瘤基因治疗中的应用研究做一综述,为肿瘤治疗提供新的策略。

Apoptosis is regulated by a series of essential apoptosis-related molecules. Therefore, the deregulation of apoptosisrelated molecules can lead to a variety of pathological conditions, including tumor and immune disease. Strategies based on apoptosis-related molecules play significant roles in tumor gene therapy. The paper reviewed the advance in research of apoptosis-associated molecules and its application in tumor gene therapy, which would provide us new strategies for tumor therapy.
