氨氧化古核生物

摘要 氨氧化古核生物(AOA)是新为人们所知的氨氧化微生物。AOA的生理特征、生态分布,以及在不同生境中与氨氧化细菌(AOB)的比较等研究,显示了他们在自然环境中有着数量大,分布广,种类多等特征。本文对近年来AOA的研究现状、争论、前景和应用进行了综述。 Ammonia-oxidizing archaea (AOA) were recently known as new ammonia oxidizers. Studies of their physiological characteristics, ecological distribution, as well as comparison with ammonia-oxidizing bacteria (AOB) in different habitats, showed that AOA were abundant, widespread and diverse in natural environments. In this paper, we reviewed the research progress, controversy, prospects and application of AOA.
