大庆油田采油工程面临的难题和技术发展方向 被引量:15

摘要 大庆油田开发50年来,采油工程技术不断发展完善,为油田可持续发展提供了有效支撑。在原油4000×10^4t持续稳产的新形势下,采油工程还存在一系列突出问题:厚油层内低效无效注水循环严重,外围已开发油田措施效果逐年变差,强碱三元复合驱采出井检泵周期短,海拉尔复杂断块油田增产改造成功率低,现有压裂液及工艺管柱还无法满足深层气井压裂需要,举升系统能耗大和节能产品应用规模小。采油工程系统需要理清攻关思路,明确技术发展方向,在老区油田控制无效注水、外围油田提高单井产能、三元复合驱延长举升系统检泵周期、海拉尔油田提高压裂成功率、深层气井不断提高压裂工艺指标和举升系统节能降耗等方面下大力气,努力发展适应新形势的采油工程新技术。 During the 50 years' development of Daqing Oilfield, petroleum engineering technology was continuously developed and improved, which provides an effective support for sustainable development of Daqing Oilfield. Under the new requirement of keeping oil stable production of 40 × 10^6 t, there is still a series of challenges in petroleum engineering: ( 1 ) severe low-efficient and inefficient water circulation in thick reservoir; (2) declining effectiveness of development measures in peripheral developed field ; ( 3 ) short pump inspection interval for the production well of Strong Base ASP Flooding; (4) low success ratio of stimulation treatment in Hailar complex fault block oilfield ; ( 5 ) existing fracturing-fluid and process pipe string are unable to meet the requirement of fracturing in deep gas wells ; ( 6 ) the high energy consumption of lifting system and the small-scale application of energy saving products. Petroleum engineering system should be improved in the following aspects, including making the research thoughts clear, clarifying the technical development trend, controlling the inefficient water injection in the main field, improving the single well productivity in the peripheral field, extending the pump inspection interval of lifting system for ASP Flooding, improving the success ratio of fracturing in Hailar Oilfield, continuously improving the fracturing index of deep gas wells, saving energy and decreasing consumption for lifting system, and making efforts to develop new flexible petroleum engineering technology.
