摘要
大庆油田老区纵向上多压力层系的存在给调整井的钻井完井带来了困难。针对其中的地层压力预测、薄层固井、钻井液、套管先期保护和特殊工艺井钻井等方面的主要难题开展了技术攻关。通过室内模拟实验研究和现场规模试验,逐步形成了调整井钻井地质技术、钻井液技术、固井技术、套管先期保护技术、特殊工艺井钻井技术等调整井钻井完井配套技术,系统地论述了这些技术的研究进展和现场应用效果。根据目前存在的问题和油田开发需要,提出了调整井钻井完井技术今后发展方向。
The existence of vertical multi-pressure series in old area of Daqing Oilfield has caused many difficulties in the drilling and completion of adjustment wells. In terms of the main problems including formation pressure prediction, thin layer cementing, drilling fluid, early casing protection and drilling technology for special wells etc. , and the technical research was carried out. Through lab simulation experiments and field tests, drilling and completion supporting techniques for adjustment wells, such as drilling geology, drilling fluid, cementing, early casing protection techniques, drilling techniques for special wells, have been developed gradually. This paper introduces the research progress and field test results, and proposes the further development of drilling and completion techniques for adjustment wells based on the current problems and development requirements of Daqing Oilfield.
