摘要
大庆深层气井具有地温梯度高、封固段长、固井后环空易气窜、套管及水泥石腐蚀等技术难点,在近年成功开发高效冲洗隔离液、DHL丁苯胶乳抗高温防窜水泥浆体系、套管及水泥石防腐技术的基础上,针对环空气窜开展了“庆深气田防气窜固井技术研究”等重大新技术科研攻关,开发了抗高温微膨、增韧防气窜水泥浆体系和环空气窜阻断工具,并优化了固井施工工艺,发展了大庆油田深层气井固井技术,取得了良好效果。
There are some technical difficulties in deep gas wells of Daqing Oilfield, with high geothermal gradient and long cementing segment, being easy to occur gas channeling in annulus after cementing, and casing & cement corrosion etc. Base on a series of technologies successfully developed during the past few years, such as high-efficient flushing & separating liquid, high-temperature & anti-channeling DHL Styrene-butadiene Latex cement slurry system, anticorrosion technology for casing & cement, the major new technology research-- "anti-gas channeling cementing technology research for Daqing deep gas field" was implemented to solve the problem of the gas channeling in annulus, the high-temperature, microswelling, toughening and anti-gas channeling cement slurry system and the annulus gas channeling block tool were developed, the cementing operation technique was optimized, and the cementing technology was further improved for deep gas well in Daqing oilfield.
