摘要
某300MW机组启动调试时,首次启动升速至3000r/min,轴系最大轴振位于汽轮机3#轴承X方向,为100μm,在进行发电机短路试验时,汽轮机大轴振动随励磁电流增加逐渐增大,其中2#轴承Y方向振动最大升至205μm,经过振动分析和处理后,机组轴系振动全部达到优良标准。
This paper describles the process of verification and treatment of the subject unit during its commissioning. When the rotation spead is first up to 3 000 r/min, the maximum shaft vibration is found in Direction X of the bearing No.3 of the turbine, with a recorded reading of 100μm. When the short-circuit testing of the generator is performed, vibration of the turbine shaft increased as the current in the excitation is increasing, with a recorded reading of 205μm in Direction Y of the bearing No.2.After verification and treatment of the defects, vibration in all directions of the shaft or the turbine meets the specified requirement.
