摘要
在庞大复杂的核电站工程中,主设备制造是重中之重。为了确保主管道制造的质量和进度,建立了一套符合国内制造单位特点的项目管理体系。岭澳二期主管道制造项目管理分为三个方面:(1)文档程序管理;(2)质量管理;(3)采购进度管理。项目管理的三个方面互相独立,同时又相互支持。实践证明,岭澳二期核电站主管道制造项目管理达到了预期的效果。
In the huge and complex Nuclear Power Plant project, the manufacturing of primary equipment is the first and foremost important task. In order to ensure the quality and progress of manufacturing primary pipe, a set of project management system according with the character of domestic company should be built. The project management for LingAo phase Ⅱ primary pipe, manufacturing is divided to three parts, i.e. document and procedure managements, quality management, procurement & progress managements. The three parts of project management are both independent and co-related. The practice proves that the project management of LingAo phase Ⅱ primary pipe manufacturing achieves the desired results.
